You are good at:
- Database maintenance
- Supporting our tax staff with interfaces, data imports and online applications
- Preparation of fee invoices
- Preparation of payment transactions
- Communication with external service providers
What you have in your bag:
- Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as an office management assistant (or comparable) and/or relevant professional experience in the field of office management.
- Good IT skills (esp. MS Office) and confident use of a PC
- Experience in working with DATEV programs would be good
- A friendly manner and customer orientation
- Initiative and enjoyment in actively shaping the digitalization of our company
Tax assistent (m/f/d)
You are good at:
- Ongoing financial accounting for a defined group of clients
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for companies of various legal forms and private individuals
- Correspondence with clients and tax authorities
- Processing of ongoing tax issues
What you have in your bag:
- Successfully completed professional training as a tax clerk or tax specialist or a degree with a focus on taxes
- Good knowledge of the DATEV programs and MS Office
- Communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients
Tax advisor (m/f/d)
You are good at:
- Autonomous consulting of our demanding national as well as international clients in addition to the preparation of complex tax returns
- Comprehensive ongoing advice to medium-sized partnerships and corporations from a wide range of sectors as well as to individuals
- Supporting the respective partner in dealing with special issues, such as company acquisitions and restructurings
- Professional supervision and guidance of employees
What you have in your bag:
- Experience in autonomous client service combined with a hands-on mentality
- Quick perception and analytical thinking skills
- Good knowledge in the use of DATEV programs
- Communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients
- Good command of written and spoken English
Wage and Salary Administrator (m/f/d), part-time or full-time
You are good at:
- Carrying out payroll accounting on schedule and assisting clients with questions regarding payroll processing
- Contact person for the assessment of payroll-related issues
- Recording and maintaining personnel movement and master data
- Processing of entries and exits including reporting with immediate notifications
- Processing of personnel-related certifications
- Creation of statistics and personnel evaluations
- Preparation of applications, certificates and monitoring of deadlines
- Accompanying audits by the tax authorities or social insurance agencies
What you have in your bag:
- Relevant professional experience in the area of payroll accounting
- Confident knowledge of the DATEV LODAS program
- Good knowledge of MS Office products desirable
- Knowledge of the online portals ELSTER and SV-Net
- Service- and consulting-oriented thinking and work
- Independent working style combined with the ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of English is desirable (not a prerequisite)
